    Ffs a cretinous report if only for the reasons:

    1 ISX is not a unicorn. Why the hell would they use that term? Shows they're either dumb or just trolling. (I'm genuinely not sure which)

    2 "backdoor listing" putting it in quotes like it is some suspicious oooohhhh scary sneaky backdoor illicit practice.
