I tend to and wish to believe in 1) as a holder. The recent volume do not support case 2, but also somewhat not supporting 1, or they are acquiring at a very slow pace. Whether inside information or not, as you suggested, the sentiment is positive from recent updates, so far so good, but remember Murphy's law, so still quite some risk there. I noticed the bots trading, but I don't fully understanding how it works, if its there to push price down from raising, or pull it up or maintain the level from a drop, so I can't comment on it.
Only one thing I can believe firmly at this stage is, it won't be long now, exciting (both ways) time ahead very soon.
