I agree.
When I was working in Town Planning we had more Media staff than actual Planners. The Media staff were there for Peter Beattie who could not go a day without a press release to say how well he was going. Occasionally he would acknowledge his other members of the Labor government.
As I recall we had a staff of over 1000 public servants of which only 30 were planners!!!

And our current Labor Government is hiring even more staff and wants to pay the staff a bonus. (NOT as a bribe for the forthcoming elections - but to boost the economy.)
Bunch of criminals!!!
