Grant, what you say is true about TMN, I recall their operations were in NZ.
The synergies and resources of SWT and people far outweigh any backdoor----also if you check the registras of these two there is many common holdings and some very weighty/wealthy shareholders.
I am sure that TMN will have its day but not here,you would be better to think outside the circle than inside. Amalgamating cash flow companies give a lot more leverage and easier promotion..
