I just don't buy that reasoning. They are totally unrelated matters and you are just confusing some of the gullible types on the forum!
Obviously, if the last day of the month was important, they would not have had 19 Sep as the previous deadline.
Obviously, if the last day of the month was important all companies would be announcing funding packages on the last day of the month.
Etc etc...
