For example APT hits $100, does a 5:1 split, so everyone gets 5 shares for every 1 share they hold and the share price becomes $20. The market capitalisation of the company remains unchanged, the SP just becomes easier to accumulate for retail and psychologically looks "cheaper". They may do something like this if they go and list in the US.
