Briefly:

In Namibia they have grant exlporation rights to different minerals to different companies.

One local Namib company Savannah, has rights to explore for dimension stone in the North area of BMN's leases (it does not cover Anomaly A)

They have applied for the rights to mine uranium late last year & have asked the Minister of mines to "set aside" BMN's leases & grant it too them.

So they have actually issued proceedings against the Namibian minister of mines in the high court.

Look, the whole thing is a joke. They are making a grab, and they have no chance in hell of getting their way.

But it is a wet blanket nevertheless. On the bright side it has allowed many investors like yourself to get on board at cheap prices. Just remember that BMN has the ability & nevermind the potential to return to $4 in a blink. When it moves it moves very fast.
