There are many variables in doing this exercise, and you have to make allowances for them. Things to look at...
The size of the reserve
Stock on issue
Operating/Recovery costs
Quality of oil
And there are many more..I'm sure you get the drift.
You could look at CVNs op in Thailand which is hoping to have prod of 15K bopd by years end.
Please note, OELs cut is not 15K bopd. It will be around 18% of whatever the flow rate turns out to be, and that's what you have to find a comparison for, including the other variables.
