capping is used to give the seller a better buy in price.The seller is payed normally in shares.If the price is considered say an average price of say 3 cents he would recieve many less shares than if the 30 day average was at say 2 cent.The more units the seller gets the more likely he is to accept the deal.
This is all behind us now as the tenament deal is signed.
We will probly need an independent valuation for it to be finalized,this is normally how it goes.
Now all we need is the management to come up with the goods.
