    Completely agreed actually, however APT was overvalued at $4 or $5 look at it now , CSL has arguably been overvalued for 2 decades and look what it has become , buy quality and hold , if it is overvalued it means it demands a premium and if investors are happy to pay a premium in the longterm you will always have a good valuation
