BD, with the quarterly out early, the blackout is over and it gives them the right to start investment direction immediately or from memory, the 3rd business day following the public release. On the 14th July, when it came out, the high was 13.5, with the 17th July being 13. This basically means that any shares traded in the last two weeks before the end of July is exempt from Corp law regarding the prevention of "insider trading" during the blackout period from the 01/07, however, I am not aware that CVI have any written code of conduct regarding this anyway.

IMO, a placement will be coming any day now in that they have knowledge of material nonpublic information that has yet to be announced due to the as yet incompletion of the finalisation phase before the end of July which is today.

This the only advantage to release the quarterly very early - and it looked very rushed IMO

Good or bad news within the next f/night IMO.

Also, if it could ever be assumed that they have released the quarterly to diminish short term confidence in the SP, the company needs to be shut down IMO.

Severe business conditions has not helped them - she would have done very well in an out of control bull market but under current cirumstances, she is about right if you heavily discount the Pensador set up which the market appears to be doing. The presentation of goodies are not what the market is after atm, and even more so, by any substantial fund which will be needed to get this off the ground. You never know though. They need money and very soon - no doubt they have it, but t he price may not be so high this time - wait for footprints as always as she leaks like a saturated decidious tree in the middle of winter. An AIM listing would be the go IMO if I were in control.
