As sadly the share price drifts lower and lower, the Company must have a price in mind not to proceed with the c.r.
At 32 cents on the market (as at the time of typing), to sell some share to buy others, pay commission on my selling shares (and hope that I get no cut backs), perhaps buy again on the market when I get my $ back (if cut back) and pay commission on the purchase, it is a pretty close thing. At this price, I am not compelled to buy erring not to. If I am so minded, I suspect others have already chosen not to proceed and others, again, are waning. It may be smarter for the Company to cancel and have another go later.
