only one customer will be paying, under the Viv deal FBR will cover costs. and they will build them at FBR aswell so there will be no site builds and no initial outlay to Viv
personally i would be happier with only the second announcement ,the first is identified as simple a means of transferring 10% of shareholders wealth directly to the recipients of the performance shares. Under these conditions that would still be unacceptable and the second deal only reinforces nobody pays for demos.
in short happy with second deal will still challenge first deal
