The dear old chairman makes me laugh. They send him a piece of paper and they say sign this. He duly signs and then its off to bowls.
It is suprising how little was heard from them all when they were the board and Marc was MD. Dont they have a duty to be on top of any deception and advise shareholders whilst it is happening. I thought that was part of a boards responsibility.
The company is now down to a one man band. The other members are obviously silent executive positions are there just to make up the board for the corporate affairs sake. Are boards of mining companies put there in name only, as a smokescreen. Is that not Deception. Don't they have the responsiblity to make sure a company is being run with integrity and the shareholders funds are properly managed by the executives.
The ex MDS must suffer from vertigo rushing around in that revolving door and being ejected out onto the pavement.
When Bill gets into the wheel of fortune, there is then nobody left that has been with the company during the development. Sorry the decling phase. Oh dear, not a sole.
Isnt it interesting to see the culture of belief in the company of all those past "executives". Its inspiring.
The poor old shareholder now has to go through another mountain of spin about the future. Another 10 years of revolving doors. Ah the "Consulting Firm" just loves AIM s their client. No responsibility, just say this and all will be well, this information will strategically keep the shareholders happy for awhile until they accept that there is no where to go. We have diverted their attention by going for Flory in the oourts and we can blame all past activities on him. Emphasise this point at the meeting and say we are now starting with a clean sweep of the past. Emphasise you had nothing to do with all skullduggery and let them know there is a great future ahead. Takes the heat off. Sit tight on the funds in the bank and keep your nose clean for a couple of years, make a few measured announcements and wait for the market to change. That way we get paid and all is safe.
I wonder where Elvis is now.
