I would rather not have any further debt apart from the mortgage so wouldn't be looking to borrow to increase the value of my share portfolio. My two choices (as I see them) are basically made the minimum repayments and invest anything I can save on top of that into my share portfolio or put anything extra on top of the loan repayments (which I've been doing for the past 3 months) and try and get the principle down.
