The sh!t will hit the fan when banks refuse finance because assets are overvalued. Then will follow a CR with an optimistic euphemism attached. Then another CR. So there is time in this one yet.
On the other hand, natural appreciation of farming assets could outrun the depredations of RFM but I doubt it.
