offshore is massive, their are many producer fields in yemen, i did the research on that ages ago, posted it on here as well. the tectonics are the same as well.

the problem remains it will take years and 10s of million of dollars to do siesmics, and range will probably get nothing for it, remember they paid nothing for it in the first place. but you still need psa's etc etc.

yemen is a functioning country and has been producing for 20 years, so its a wee bit different than poor old punty
