So we seem to be guaranteed 30 cents if we wait? If it doesn't reach 30 cents, am I correct to say that the claw back is delayed and Pensador would have spent money on CVI projects without legal claim? not sure...

Strange situation really as the higher CVI share price the more we own of Pensador. Which is in turn is a combo of our deals with cash backing. i.e the more people/instos pay for CVI the more its ultimately worth.

Would be interesting to make a list of pros and cons to a higher or lower share price for both parties.

It'll trade itself to a level based on such a comparison
