I believe too it's a beginning of an upward trend.
The interim CEO, Greg did call it a bottom roughly 3 weeks ago and now he have stump up cash where his mouth is.
My understanding is that the current note holder have been selling as soon as they made their conversion and therefore imo is the reason why the sp is still this low. However with the new criteria they need to hold it.
So imo Greg would probably need to pay 20 cents a share for the $600000 odd dollars he spent on the cn by the time he get his chance of converting the cn.
This current quarter once reported should show they are now back on the path of a profitable business. And my estimate for the fy20 profit should be at least 6 million dollars which is about 5 cents a share after taking all the cn converted into equity.
