These are serviced offices offered by Clarence (from what I understand these are prominently used by law firms and they have a very very good reputation). I know a few firms that switched to Clarence to make a more professional appearance (personally a friends firm just recently did this).
You can't really complain about "RENT" when they're clearly trying to make an effort to have a professional set up (after being based from home).
