I really thought investing in the equity markets took skill and research to pick where to put your money.

Now I see it is as easy as waiting for the bad news to be on every headline, then just keep buying.

What a relief, now I really can help the sour real estate market by buying when that tanks, and sell to others when that rises.

Am I missing something here?
