The capital raise has been extended to Wednesday next week. I would not consider participating in the CR unless the BOD and senior management took a massive reduction in what they receive. Otherwise all you are doing is paying excessive amounts for people who have not delivered to date. Without a significant reduction in operating costs they will need additional funding to launch the nano satellites and you are likely to be diluted to next to nothing in the next raise (after a likely consolidation).
