Some of the commentary in the latest Annual Resources & Reserves Update suggests the 'mining studies are well advanced for BLK's transition to Stage 1'. Nothing at all mentioned about Stage 2, so my guess is the expected release of the Stage 1 & 2 DFS in the Sep'19 quarter will be something like BLK's non-delivery of their expected AISC & gold production for FY19. However, if BLK can wrap-up the details & studies over the weekend & announce a completed Stage 1 & 2 DFS on the last day of Sep'19, it might classify as a BLK miracle. What are the chances of a BLK miracle? I'd say 'None'.
