Yes ....but more specifically between the dates of 19th September and the Completion , Authorization , and Release to Market date of the AR and the Annual Accounts and which obviously are occurring after the 30th June which is why they would have required they're inclusion in the Accounts.

So in this case YES being ' Post Balance Date ' as well as potentially and ' Significantly Material ' to the AUZ Financials , and which would have otherwise had to be included and therefore also potentially in ' conflict ' with the agreed date of 30th September final deadline for significant financing details and possible related re-structuring's of share capital. In other words , these matters should they have been disclosed earlier would have additionally disclosed potentially significant commercially confidential details vis-a-vis via the AR before the deadline of 30th September if that makes sense. So all of that as well as the unnecessary extra work given the coinciding of these two closely relating reporting timetables.
