They have spelt out what is likely in that 60m intersection within the announcement but everyone seems to have focused (and dare I say some have embelished) the 60m intersection itself, not what is contained within it. They have already stated the structurally controlled mineralisation continues but the UM contact fault experiences a structural thickening as can be seen below:

Worth noting the descriptions in this announcement of Massive Sulphide in SMD050 vs Semi-Massive to Massive Sulphide in SMD051.

The key part of the announcement that everyone seems to be overlooking is this little snippet which details the higher grade zones within the pyrite dominant sulphides and gives a fairly decent overview of what grade and width intercepts can be expected in the next hole:

"Within the pyrite dominant sulphide-quartz veining there are high-grade copper sulphide dominant zones at 98m-99.6m (chalcopyrite), 106-116m (chalcopyrite, bornite, chalcocite), 133.9m-136.6m (chalcopyrite), 147.4m-150.8m (chalcopyrite, bornite, covellite - Photo 5), 155.8m-156.8m (chalcopyrite), and 177m-182.9m (chalcopyrite) and trace chalcopyrite throughout the rest of the interval".

The key intersections that will likely be noteworthy for Copper/Gold in particular will be the 10m intersection between 106-116m and the 3m intersection between 147-150m based on the Sulphide species described. In addition, the shoots of higher grade Chalcopyrite dispersed within trace Chalcopyrite over the 60m interval should provide some decent, albeit narrower Copper hits as well. Unfortunately they have only included the one image this time (Photo 5) which if, is the best mineralisation they have encountered certainly indicates that the off-the chart grades will unlikely be replicated. In saying that however I am still expecting decent grades here based on the limited information available but the expectation here for some (such as yourself) seems to be a replication of the Hole 50 high grade over a 60m width and unfortunately when expectation outweighs reality, it leads to disappointment.

Someone who can't be disappointed however is the long-term holders here, who after 50 holes failing to nail that bloody elusive Porphyry and the extensive Shallow Resource drill out drilling everywhere but the high-grade zone encountered in Hole 50, it is about time you lot had some luck come your way so congratulations!
