This is great news

Very short term pain for a long term gain.

I have spoken to INL some time ago about why they did not take the BSM ore and one reason IMO was the complication of the JV.

Below is the second Paragraph

"This change returns INL shareholders to full access to the contained metals value of the Hellyer tailings.
In addition, the corporate arrangements for future third-party ore purchases and/or toll-treatment, plus
joint resource development opportunities, will be significantly simplified with Intec as the sole owner
and operator of the Hellyer infrastructure. Additionally, Intec will be proceeding towards inclusion of
additional feedstocks into the Intec Hellyer Mill, and flotation of the present ‘cleaner tail’ in order to
produce an intermediate lead concentrate for storage and subsequent treatment via the Intec Process."

This also allows the blending of the high grade EAF dust in the short term.
