At the beginning of the “Millions of Projects”, the per capita net income of farmers in the province was only 5,431 yuan. In 2017, the per capita disposable income of rural residents in the province was 24,956 yuan, ranking first in the country; the income ratio of urban and rural residents was only 2.05:1, and the gap was the smallest in the country.
