I’d say it’s more what they stand to gain but terminating it. When they signed it cobalt was booming and Auz share price over 10c, actually well over at different points.
Fast fwd to today Cobalt dived the sp is in the mid 2s, things are vastly different and if Auz can’t get finance then sk can terminate and renegotiate at some point if they choose and from a vastly more powerful position if bb can’t get his credit card limit raised to 1.4 billion.
