Difficult to really compare PDN and BMN, PDN had the luxury of starting development at the beginning of a bull market and easy no questions asked finance. Its a whole new game now. However if you were to back a project in these crappy times, this could well be one of them.
Can't believe some of you would ride this up to 2.50 only to watch it come back down to 1.50. There is such a thing as selling and buying back. Each to their own.
