all ive done is bought for the long term not speculated on options and cfd's. i'ts not that much anyway but its the mater of principle and learning that what matters to me right now everything is unexplainable which means its not worth keeping or investing for long term. the way markets have behaved this year especially this month on gold prices and stock makes me wonder is it really worth the effort learning and practice. another 5% down today after and a 20% fall this month and a flat gold market for the month with commodity index down about 3%. even the AUD and oil has fallen which is better for its profits
