"What circumstances have arisen that justify SKI walking away from the deal"
It is hard to say - but will rest to a large part on the outcomes of their DD and their perception of the relative cost/benefits of alternate suppliers.
The fact that the LFA has a definite termination clause suggests that there ARE potential circumstances that would make SKI walk away. We know what one of them is - failure of AUZ to raise 'legally binding' funding commitments for Sconi. As for others, we will just have to wait and see.
