@PrincessKate Thank you for taking the time to write your detailed response and narrative. A lot of what you wrote shed detail on what I suspected. I do think that the "Tech" is useful and its adoption will grow, but it's impossible to say whos tech will be victorious. When I first researched last-mile tracking Saas I learned that there are many other players, some that are probably better than GSW's, but they are private companies.

My biggest concerns about GSW going forward are:

The impact of the CA, if they lost, how would it affect the company, its shareholders and SP?

Cash burn, the execs are paid handsomely, while expenditures greatly outweigh any profits they make, so in essence, they are not even close to profitability. This can't go on forever, all good things must come to an end. They'll either have to become profitable before they run out of cash or they'll have to attract a PE firm to invest, but some have already pulled their support with the drama and uncertainty.

Given the state of volatility, what is the true value of the SP? I know it isn't $2 or $3.
