Why do you want to keep on justifying poor management!
The fact that AUZ is facing a 'monumental task' is one thing. Failure to meet self-imposed targets by so much is quite another!
Of course, they gave a big task, but excellent management takes all that into account in their forward planning, risk management and resources management. Sensible companies under-promise and over-deliver. Not the other way around!
