They make their money from the seller, who needs to be incentivised to use the platform. A car dealer who might get a sale may give up 4% merchant fee but I'm not sure many people would do that selling a house

Credit car merchants charge up to 2% transaction fee
A real estate agent commission on selling your home can be upwards of 5%
APT has plenty of different sectors it can branch out to and really drive customer growth
