With what you put forward yesterday i could not see them getting away with only 1B share register. Even though MS has indicated this before.

4B sounds more realistic and should be manageable if the holders of the 88% remain firm. Otherwise it would be an unruly beast.

Do you think a consolidation would be on the cards after all that is done and dusted to keep it tight and ensure SP appreciation ?
