There are no service records for a autoclave, what their would be is the intial testing documentation that goes thru all materials used with certification of sample testing of the material, the quals of the welders involved, the design and pressure calcs, the xraying and certification of every weld, the pressure testing carried out, documentation of every nozzle. Then when this is all verified a Pressure Certification Cert would have been issued verifying that it meets the applicable countries pPressure Vessel Standards, in this case due to order being placed by a S American country prob EU standards would have been applied.
Prob is the Pressure Vessel cert is only good for 2 yrs with a 1 yr extension available if construction still being undertaken. Also as we use in Australian Standard AS1210 which is based on the USA Standard ASME for Pressure Vessels, so any differences would have to be tested or mitigated.
Another reason the initial Cert won't be valid, apart from leng tth of time since Certification , is CLQ are planning to modify the Gen 3 Claves to Gen 5 status. This means inst a llation of extra nozzles and changes to agi seal gland water system. Due to these modifications that CLQ stated to Parkes Shire in a meeting and minuted the cutting and mod work nullifies any prior testing.
