    Both. $4B market cap for the company and 4B shares on issue.

    This would therefore be about $1 a share.

    The current entire register that we have active at the moment is likely to be the "free float" less the long holds we have at the moment.

    So - bankers, their clients and Angolans would own approx 3.5B shares and we (current CVI holders) would hold 500M shares.
