    watso has just had a look at the latest igr report, where they have done a prefeasibility study, and they estimate that a 1.1m tonne per annum plant, will cost $60m for plant and infrastructure. using this as a ballpark figure, and seeing that the kcn plant will be double in size - but then allowing for cheaper construction costs (labour), then $100m for the kcn expansion could be a reasonable punt
