I spent some time in Cebu back in 2003.. Absolutely loved the place.. the painting of Magellans world map on the ceiling of the Waterfront Hotel was a highlight.. the resorts on Mactan island were beautiful..
Most of what Dave said i would agree with.. couldnt see many similarities with Manila though.. apart from the obvious ones...
