If you get a couple days take the fast ferry to Bohol (three hour trip) - . A lot more interesting, and relaxing, than Cebu. Been to Cebu many times - got some land on Negros island nearby. Cebu City is ok but the mini-Manila comparision isn't far off. Going to Cebu again soon ourselves, to change planes to Camiguin.
