You say it is all conjecture, yet in your initial post you claimed that one of the points MS mentioned was that we would essentially be receiving a 12% "listing" fee once the final merger has taken place. Meaning 88% is for Pensador holders. This is straight from the horses mouth, not conjecture.

Assuming I understood your comment, and based on the current number of outstanding shares/options (approx 540mil), that means the total number of shares will be approx 4,500mil. Estimate of $4bil company early next year gives us 89c per share.

Now wasn't it just 12 months ago (maybe even less) at an AGM (or EGM - can't remember which) that MS was saying we will eventually be a $6 company?? Then he said to others we would be a $3bil company with 1bil shares ($3 per share), now it is a $4bil company with 4.5bil shares (89c per share)? To reach $3 per share with that issue the market cap would need to be $13.5bil !!

So once again, where is the advantage for US? The lowly CVI shareholder?? Forget the fact that we might receive all the contracts we currently seek. Forget the fact that we are relying on the current Angolan gov't to be voted back in during the September elections so as to not lose our foothold with the locals (essentially the whole company).

It seems each time he gives figures of market caps and number of shares, it continues to point to a lower share price for us loyal holders each time. Where is the advantage??

    Interested in your view.....

    Cheers
