    Hi Kam,
I think this may be a good example of the difficulty of some of your statements because they are general and very sweeping statements.

    Such as ...
"Baha'u'llah has offered in His Revelation a vision for humanity that transcends significantly what was thought possible for the human race collectively, or the individual human being, to achieve at the time of His Revelation."

Now you mention the veiled Tahirih in relation to with female heads of State "the unimaginable became reality".
Whilst such a thing certainly would have been very unusual in her culture and time, it was not any sort of revelation that "transcends what was thought possible for the Human race."

Female heads of state already existed at that time, not to mention those who in reality pulled the strings from behind the seat of power. Throughout Human history there have been female heads of state and societies where equality was an ideal and objective.

Likewise, the vision of peace and harmony between peoples and nations is not new or "transcendent". Throughout history it was often the objective of various leaders and in some cases conquerors in establishing empires.
However, as far as we know, it never moves beyond a certain level or lasts for more than a relatively short time.

Whilst you are optimistic that the vision of Baha'u'llah in this regard will eventuate, I am simply pointing out it does not correspond with the history and psychology of the Human race and is certainly not evident at present. Which is what was meant by corresponding with reality.

That's not to say it won't happen, but isn't it also possible that Mr G's "Second Coming" will occur tomorrow or The Sun will send a mighty finger of "flame" which will completely decimate and disrupt all human life, sending us back to start again !!
