That is the fear here. Make AUZ desperate and SKI takes it over on the cheap because ultimately given SKIs forward commitments and needs they will need what AUZ has to offer, full stop IMO. It is how AUZ plays the game that will count IMO.

AUZ management need to get their crap together here and play this game of bluff more appropriately - a good starting point is to go and start to talk to other companies, in full view of SKI, who might need what AUZ has to offer. That will hurry up SKI IMO and/or at least make them show their hand,

At the moment AUZ is to much in the back pocket of SKI, and has been last two years IMO and that is reflected in the SP, and is getting played like a fiddle.

The delay, especially around financing, has the hallmarks of a CR down the track if AUZ don't get their crap together. The pre-payment will help provided that AUZ is able to extract blood from a stone as SKI continues playing games in this game of bluff IMO.
