A couple of speculations put to rest...

therefore the initial draw-down of funds is expected to reach the IGES bank account on 30 October 2019.

•The term of the loan is 15 years from the date of initial funding;
•Repayments are to be made commencing 15 months from the date of the initial funding;
•The interest rate payable is 8.5% per annum;
•IGES is also required to pay an origination fee equal to US$1,750,000

So... 15 months, from end of October, before revenue has to meet debt obligations.
