I think intellimoney may be a little confused and think that the article posted was recent.

Notice the date? January 2, 2008!

Centro is a risky stock and only god (and maybe Glenn) knows what the future will bring but provided the US sales don’t fall through between now and finalization. We have nothing to worry about - its just a matter of time.

The Australian properties (particularly the main ones for sale now) are A+, behind the collections of Westfield, Centro would surely rank either 2nd in quality of publicly held shopping centre trusts.

I have through the last few months sat at times on 35% losses, the fact I didn’t panic and pull the plug is what has saved me. The market has been so heavily running on a combination of sentiment and media hype that all one can do is have the courage of their convictions, if you can't hold on for the ride don’t get on. If you can have the balls to stick by what you think is right.
