Thats the problem; he's been constantly doing this, which suggests to me unfortunately that he doesn't really have a clue, as to what he's actually doing in the broader scheme of things; most likely contrary to his own belief unfortunately.
another possibility on this occasion could be that Ferguson could also be lead up the garden path by these apparent ’ongoing discussions with potential financiers and off-take partners’ groups who could be deliberately taking their time and leading Ferguson and Co into the execution/AGM room, as a means of ousting them.
All possibilities, but something needs to change and positive changes for shareholders very soon
