Well it sure beats me how Directors can put their hands out for large tranches of options when in full knowledge of imminent future information which is likeley to have a major effect on the share price which has not been released to the market. I thought this type of thing was illegal? Also why the rush? The extra expense to rush this thru when the AGM is only a few weeks away. This stinks to high heaven. Norm
