Thanks R100. Seems PIF has been stabbed by the pointy end of RBA's run of money tightening. I was listening to the RBA's warnings and reduced my final debt level when I bought my home. Rhetorical questions are: were property developers and their financiers listening? If not, why the f not? Who did they think was going to buy all those apartments?
