Its not mysterious at all, the property values increase as the propertys are developed, these aren't just basic agricultural assets being leased they are established businesses with supply chains in place.
As has been previously said this whole thing stinks of an underlying agenda, take a look at the domestic and international markets some of these business are supplying, they account for a good portion of Australias supply chain domestic and export.
This is, in my opinion, an effort to force a takeover.
why is bonitas so hell bent on destroying RFF if they really are nothing!!
