The take up rate really surprises me... Shareholders collectively must have been really tapped out and put off by the lack of recent news.
Perhaps a very different story if the recent announcement had been made before the offer closed.
Consequently someone is quite likely to get an early Xmas present when the 22M shares are placed.
Hmmmm.
